Zlatan Ibrahimovic

I created a piece featuring the Swedish football player Zlatan Ibrahimović. In Korea, there is a high level of interest in him, to the point where there are even collections of his quotes, and people find him fascinating. Personally, I have a deep interest in football, which influenced my choice. Additionally, since I created this work in the year he retired, it holds even more significance for me. To emphasize his unique strong and rugged image, I took inspiration from Prince Suyang in the movie "The Face Reader" for the costume. I aimed to portray a character that harmonizes the East and the West, tradition and modernity.
